DESCRIPTION:

Remodel of 70,000 sf tilt-up office building. 

Client requested a minor refresh of peripheral offices, with the majority of budget used to insert a bright open space in the center of the building, an atrium where employees could cross paths and exchange ideas. A large opening was created with a central sculptural stair. Skylights were added with reflective fins to bounce light into the open spaces and conference rooms below.
