DESCRIPTION:

Blue Bottle Coffee is a coffee roaster and retailer with more than 100 cafes spread across the US, Japan, China, Korea, and Singapore. The cafes are notably distinguished by their minimal yet richly textured design esthetic. Each cafe has historically had a unique design approach, inspired by its location and site history, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences - from overall ambience to well-considered guest touch points.

 

Blue Bottle has more recently developed an easily repeatable design model using highly standardized layouts and a modular "kit of parts" system, engineered for maximum flexibility, reduced architect and construction costs, and shorter build-outs.
